What NYC special events do you cover?

Concerts: Madison Square Garden (Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Billy Joel residency), Radio City Music Hall, Barclays Center Brooklyn, UBS Arena Belmont, Forest Hills Stadium, Jones Beach Theater, PNC Bank Arts Center.

Sports: Yankees games at Yankee Stadium (April–Oct), Mets games at Citi Field, Knicks and Rangers at MSG, Nets and Liberty at Barclays, Islanders at UBS Arena, Jets and Giants at MetLife Stadium, NYCFC at Yankee Stadium.

Tennis: US Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (late August – early September). Our single biggest annual event for group transport.

Theater: Broadway shows, off-Broadway, Lincoln Center Theater, Joyce Theater, BAM Harvey, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center (DC radius).

Horse racing: Belmont Park (spring and fall meets), Saratoga Race Course (summer day trips).

Holidays: New Year's Eve Times Square, St. Patrick's Day parade, Thanksgiving Day Parade, Fourth of July Macy's fireworks.

How much does NYC event transportation cost?

A Knicks game round trip from a Manhattan hotel to MSG (sedan): $400 flat ($100/hr × 2 hours with 2 hours waiting). Same trip in an Escalade for 6 passengers: $500. In a Sprinter for 10–14: $875.

A Yankees game round trip from a Brooklyn hotel (Sprinter, 10 passengers, 5-hour window covering tailgate + game + post-game): $875. Same in a 20-passenger party bus for a group of 18: $1,250.

A Taylor Swift at MSG night (dinner + concert + after, 6-hour window) in a 30-passenger party bus: $1,950. Add an hour for encore-late nights; overtime billed at 1.5x.

A full NYE night (dinner + midnight + late-night, 8-hour window, 30-passenger bus): $2,600 flat. No NYE surcharge. No surge pricing, even on New Year's Eve.

How we coordinate event night transportation

Step 1: We pull the venue event calendar. For MSG, we know Knicks games end around 10 PM, Rangers games 10:15 PM, concerts vary by artist (Taylor Swift: ~11:30 PM, Billy Joel: ~11 PM). For Yankees, day games end around 3:30 PM, night games 10:30 PM.

Step 2: The chauffeur scouts a pre-cleared pickup curb 1–2 blocks from the venue. For MSG, this is often 8th Avenue between 33rd and 34th. For Citi Field, the dedicated livery lot in the Willets Point staging area.

Step 3: The chauffeur stages 15 minutes before the scheduled event end. If the show runs late (encores, overtime), the chauffeur holds at the pickup curb — no penalty on the flat window.

Step 4: Post-event, the chauffeur texts the group leader with the exact pickup address. The group walks, avoids rideshare surge, and gets to the vehicle in 3–5 minutes.

Most popular NYC event itineraries

Knicks or Rangers game: 4-hour window from a Manhattan hotel. Pickup → dinner at Keens Steakhouse or The Capital Grille → MSG drop → post-game pickup → drop at hotel or late-night dinner. Sedan: $400. Escalade: $500. Sprinter: $875.

Yankees or Mets game: 5-hour window including tailgate. Pickup → stadium → tailgate time (2 hours in the parking lot with cooler) → game → post-game pickup. 20-passenger party bus: $1,250.

MSG concert (Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, big touring acts): 6-hour window. Pickup → dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse or Le Bernardin → MSG drop → concert → post-concert drop + optional after-hours bar. 30-passenger bus: $1,950.

Broadway + dinner: 4-hour window. Pickup → pre-theater dinner at Joe Allen, Sardi's, or The Capital Grille → theater district drop → post-show pickup → drop. Sedan: $400. Sprinter (for groups of 6–12): $700.

US Open tennis: 6-hour window. Pickup → USTA Center drop → full session → post-match pickup. Sedan: $600. Sprinter: $1,050.

NYE dinner + Times Square + midnight: 8-hour window. Pickup → dinner at The Modern or Eleven Madison Park → Times Square drop-off zone → midnight celebration → late-night pickup → drop at hotel. 30-passenger bus: $2,600.

VIP event access and back-door pickup coordination

For premium events, we coordinate with venue security and valet teams for VIP curbside pickup access. At MSG, the 7th Avenue VIP drop (on the venue side, not the Penn Station side) is available by arrangement. At Barclays, the Atlantic Ave VIP entrance. At Lincoln Center, the Amsterdam Ave back-lot.

For corporate box attendance at MSG or Barclays, we coordinate pickup from the venue's corporate lounge exit. Chauffeur times pickup to the second game buzzer or encore finale — your group does not wait at the curb scanning rideshare maps.

For Broadway VIP access, we coordinate with stage-door management. Late-night cast parties with post-show pickup happen at Sardi's, Joe Allen, or Bar Centrale — our regular Broadway after-pickup spots.
