How our NYC airport flight tracking works

The moment your booking is confirmed, we log your flight number into our dispatch system. The system pulls real-time status from the FAA Aircraft Situation Display — we see wheels-up, wheels-down, and taxi time as they happen.

If your flight is 45 minutes early, your chauffeur is at the gate 45 minutes early. If your flight is 3 hours delayed, your chauffeur arrives 3 hours later. You do not need to text an update — we are already watching.

On domestic arrivals, we target the chauffeur arrival for wheels-down + 15 minutes (baggage claim average). On international arrivals, wheels-down + 45 minutes (customs/immigration buffer). First 60 minutes of wait after wheels-down is always complimentary; overtime wait bills at $25 per 30-minute increment.

NYC airport meet-and-greet procedure

For JFK, LGA, EWR arrivals: chauffeur parks in the dedicated commercial livery lot, walks to baggage claim, and waits in the Meeters & Greeters area with a printed sign showing the primary passenger's last name. First-name-only signage available on request for privacy.

For international arrivals (JFK Terminal 1, 4, 7, 8 and EWR Terminal B): chauffeur waits at the customs exit. Post-customs wait is typically 45–60 minutes after wheels-down.

For Teterboro: chauffeur pulls directly to the FBO ramp — Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, or Meridian — planeside pickup. No terminal walk.

Curbside-only pickup (no meet-and-greet) is available on request for a $10 discount. Most clients keep meet-and-greet; in the rain or with multiple bags, it is unambiguously worth it.

Group airport transfers with party bus

For group arrivals (10+ passengers on the same flight): 14-passenger Sprinter van or 20/30-passenger party bus at flat rate. JFK group transfer to a Manhattan hotel in a 20-passenger party bus: $475 flat.

Wedding-weekend group arrivals: one Sprinter or party bus meets guests at JFK across a 4-hour window, shuttling in waves to the hotel block. Common booking: 6-hour Saturday pickup window, 2 Sprinters running parallel. Total: $2,100.

Corporate retreat arrivals: 10–40 executives fly into EWR across Sunday afternoon. We run a Sprinter every 45 minutes, picking up 10–12 at a time from the arrivals curb and dropping at the hotel. Fixed 6-hour window, billed per vehicle.
