Pricing

How much does a NYC party bus cost?

+
NYC party buses cost $250–$400 per hour depending on size, with 4 to 5 hour minimums. The 20-passenger bus is $250/hr ($1,000 min). The 30-passenger is $325/hr ($1,300 min). The 40-passenger coach is $400/hr ($2,000 min for 5 hours). The Mercedes Sprinter van for 10–14 pax is $175/hr with a 3-hour minimum ($525).

How much is a NYC limo rental?

+
NYC stretch limousines are $200/hr with a 3-hour minimum ($600). Mercedes S-Class: $150/hr, 2-hour minimum ($300). Executive sedan (Mercedes E-Class, Cadillac CT6/XT6/Lyriq): $100/hr, 2-hour minimum ($200). Cadillac Escalade ESV: $125/hr, 2-hour minimum ($250).

Do you charge a surge fee on weekends or holidays?

+
No. NYC Party Bus Limo does not apply surge pricing — not on weekends, not on New Year's Eve, not on Halloween, not on Taylor Swift MSG nights. The hourly rate is flat year-round.

What is included in the hourly rate?

+
Every hourly rate includes: fuel, licensed chauffeur, insurance, LED lighting, Bluetooth premium sound, TVs, coolers with ice, wrap-around seating (on party buses), and up to 6 pickup stops. Not included: gratuity (18–20% customary), tolls (passed through at cost), and alcohol (BYOB).

How is gratuity handled?

+
Gratuity of 18–20% of the base hourly total is customary and paid directly to the chauffeur at end of service. It is not automatically added to the invoice. For group bookings, the group leader typically collects and hands gratuity at the final drop. We recommend 20% for weddings, proms, and wedding-day coordination.

Booking & Payment

How far in advance should I book?

+
Saturday nights April–October: 6–8 weeks. Weddings and proms: 3+ months. Weekday or off-peak bookings: 2 weeks is usually enough. New Year's Eve, Halloween weekend, Thanksgiving Friday: 3+ months for the larger party buses.

What are your deposit and payment terms?

+
A 25% deposit secures your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days before the rental date. We accept all major credit cards and ACH for corporate accounts. Gratuity is paid at end of service, separately from the final payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

+
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the rental. 50% refund 15–29 days out. No refund within 14 days of the rental, but we will credit the deposit toward a rescheduled date within 12 months (subject to availability and rate difference).

Can I book last-minute?

+
Yes, subject to availability. Executive sedan and Escalade requests are often bookable within 2 hours. Sprinter and party bus last-minute bookings need 4+ hours notice. Corporate accounts with monthly-invoice billing get priority dispatch.

Can I change the date or itinerary after booking?

+
Yes. Date changes 30+ days out: free. 15–29 days: subject to availability at the new date's rate. Within 14 days: we treat as cancellation + rebooking, credit applied. Itinerary changes (adding a stop, changing a pickup) are free as long as the total service window doesn't extend.

Vehicles & Amenities

Which vehicle should I book for my group size?

+
Under 4 passengers: executive sedan. 4–6: Escalade. 6–10: stretch limousine or Sprinter van. 10–14: Sprinter van. 15–20: 20-passenger party bus. 21–30: 30-passenger party bus. 31–40: 40-passenger executive coach. The Sprinter and 20-passenger bus are our two most-booked vehicles.

Is alcohol allowed on the party bus?

+
Yes for 21+ groups. New York law permits open containers on a licensed party bus when all passengers are of legal drinking age. We provide coolers with ice; you bring bottles, mixers, and cups. We do not sell alcohol. Chauffeurs verify ages at first pickup. Prom rentals are the exception — strictly no alcohol.

Do the party buses have bathrooms?

+
Select 40-passenger executive coaches have onboard restrooms. 20 and 30-passenger party buses do not. For day-trip routes (Atlantic City, Hamptons, North Fork wine tour), we time stops so the group never goes more than 2 hours without a restroom break.

Can I play my own music?

+
Yes. Every vehicle has Bluetooth — the group leader pairs their phone and controls the playlist. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music all supported. Some 30 and 40-passenger buses also have aux-in for DJ setups.

Are child seats available?

+
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats available at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Specify the child's age when booking so we install the correct seat type.

Do you handle multi-vehicle wedding days?

+
Yes. A typical NYC wedding booking is: S-Class for the couple, Sprinter for the bridal party, Escalade for parents, and a 30 or 40-passenger party bus for guest shuttling. We assign a dedicated wedding coordinator who works directly with your planner.

Can you coordinate a corporate roadshow?

+
Yes. Single-point-of-contact dispatch for multi-stop executive roadshows. NDA-compliant chauffeurs, consolidated monthly billing, and printed itinerary sheets for each day. Typical 8-hour roadshow with one Escalade: $1,000.

Do you do day trips outside of NYC?

+
Yes. Our most popular day trips: Atlantic City (125 mi, $1,500 round trip 30-pax party bus), Hamptons (100 mi, $2,400 round trip Sprinter), North Fork wine tour (85 mi, $1,600 Sprinter), Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun (130+ mi, $1,700 round trip 30-pax).

Can you handle decorations for weddings and birthdays?

+
We decorate the couple's vehicle on wedding days with a white ribbon and "Just Married" sign at no charge. Birthday and bachelorette groups regularly bring sashes, balloons, banners, and small decor — all fine. No confetti (ruins the interior). Chauffeurs help carry decor at first pickup.
