Information is used solely to fulfill your reservation, communicate about your booking, process payment, track flights for airport transfers, and maintain service records for accounting and legal compliance. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing

Credit card information is processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Corporate invoice accounts use ACH; banking details are stored by our payment processor under standard industry security.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Customer contact information is retained for 3 years from your last reservation. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by calling (929) 702-2258 or through our contact page.

Cookies and tracking

We use sessionStorage to retain the first page you visited, your referrer, campaign parameters and click identifiers during your browser session. This attribution helps us understand quote requests. If browser storage is disabled, you can still request a quote.

Third-party services

Quote requests are delivered to our team through Resend. The form collects your trip and contact details, plus landing page, referrer, campaign and click identifiers stored for this browser session. It also records your current page, browser user agent, IP address and submission time. These details help us respond to your request and understand how you found this site.

Your rights
