How much does a NYC birthday party bus cost?

A NYC birthday party bus costs $525 minimum (Sprinter van, 3-hour minimum at $175/hr) to $2,000 minimum (40-passenger coach, 5-hour minimum at $400/hr). The most popular booking is the 20-passenger party bus for 5 hours at $1,250 flat — perfect for a 16–20 person milestone birthday.

All pricing is flat-rate. No surge on weekends, no surge on New Year's Eve, no surge on Halloween. The 20-passenger party bus that's $1,000 on a Tuesday in January is $1,000 on a Saturday in June.

Gratuity is customary at 18–20% and is separate from the hourly rate. Tolls (Lincoln Tunnel, GWB, Verrazzano, I-95 NJ Turnpike) are passed through at cost. There is no fuel surcharge.

What's included in a NYC birthday rental?

Every birthday party bus includes: professional TLC-licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, LED interior lighting, premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-screen TVs, wrap-around leather seating, and coolers with ice. The Sprinter van is equipped the same, scaled to 10–14 seats.

BYOB is permitted for adult birthday bookings. We do not sell alcohol; you bring bottles, mixers, ice-top-ups, and red cups. Our coolers come pre-stocked with ice and get a mid-rental ice refill if the night runs long.

We do not include cake, food, balloons, or custom decor. You're welcome to bring all of it — groups regularly bring sashes, balloons, mini cakes, and catered trays. We ask only that confetti is left at home (damages interiors) and all trash is removed at the end of service.

Birthday Parties — Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a birthday party bus in NYC cost?

+
A NYC birthday party bus ranges from $525 (Sprinter, 3-hour minimum at $175/hr) to $2,000 (40-passenger coach, 5-hour minimum at $400/hr). The most common booking is the 20-passenger party bus for 5 hours at $1,250 flat. All pricing is flat-rate; no surge on weekends or holidays.

Can we bring alcohol for a birthday party bus in NYC?

+
Yes, for adult birthday bookings. New York law allows open containers in a licensed party bus when all passengers are 21 or older. We provide coolers with ice in every vehicle; you bring the bottles, mixers, and cups. Chauffeurs verify ages before departure.

How far in advance should I book a birthday party bus?

+
Book 4–6 weeks ahead for Saturday night birthdays April–October; 2–3 weeks for weekday birthdays; same-week often works for Sprinter vans. New Year's Eve and Halloween weekend require 2+ months advance.

Can we pick up at multiple birthday addresses?

+
Yes — up to 4 pickup stops are included on every birthday rental. We keep the whole group together from the first pickup through the last drop. Multi-borough pickups (Brooklyn + Manhattan) are standard and included.

Is there a minimum rental time for a birthday?

+
Three hours for the Sprinter ($525 minimum), four hours for 20 and 30-passenger buses ($1,000–$1,300 minimum), five hours for the 40-passenger coach ($2,000 minimum). Most birthday groups book 5–6 hours to cover dinner + bars + home drop.

Can we decorate the birthday party bus?

+
Yes — balloons, banners, sashes, birthday signs all welcome. We ask that you skip confetti (damages the interior) and remove all trash at end of service. Chauffeurs are happy to help carry decorations on at the first pickup.

Do you offer dinner and drinks packages?

+
We do not arrange restaurant or bar reservations (you book those), but we happily coordinate arrival timing with venue hosts — tell us your 8 PM Carbone reservation and we'll time pickup and drop to the minute. Most birthdays do dinner at 7–8 PM, bars at 10 PM–1 AM, then home.

Can we do a full-day birthday trip?

+
Yes. Atlantic City round trip with 6-hour casino stay ($1,700 for the 30-passenger coach), Hamptons day trip with 4 stops ($2,400), and North Fork wine tour ($1,600 for Sprinter) are our three most-booked birthday day trips. Full-day means 8–10 continuous hours of service.
