Flat-rate NYC pricing
Every rate is flat. No surge on weekends, holidays, or New Year's Eve. The Saturday-night price is the Tuesday-morning price. Minimums vary by vehicle size.

Airport flat rates
One-way airport transfers are billed at a flat rate per vehicle — not metered. Includes meet-and-greet, flight tracking, and 60 minutes of complimentary wait after wheels-down.

Additional costs
- Gratuity: 18–20% of base total, customary, paid to the chauffeur at end of service
- Tolls: Passed through at cost (Lincoln Tunnel / GWB / Verrazzano $18.52 peak one-way; NJ Turnpike, Atlantic City Expressway itemized per run)
- Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate in 30-minute increments if the booking runs past the reserved window
- Excessive cleanup: $300 damage fee if the interior requires deep cleaning beyond standard between-rental service (e.g., sickness, spilled red wine on leather)
How the clock works
The clock starts at your scheduled pickup time, not when the vehicle leaves our yard. If the chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early (they always do), the extra 15 minutes is free — your booking window begins at the scheduled start.
The clock stops at your final drop-off. If the booking runs short (e.g., you booked 5 hours but only used 4h 45m), the minimum applies — we do not pro-rate below the booked window.
For multi-stop itineraries where the chauffeur waits at a venue (bar crawl, dinner-and-drinks, casino stay), the chauffeur stays on-site at a pre-cleared curb. The clock keeps running on your booked window regardless of miles driven.
Deposits and cancellation
A 25% deposit reserves the vehicle. Final payment is due 14 days before the rental. Full refund if cancelled 30+ days out; 50% refund at 15–29 days; no refund within 14 days (but deposit is credited to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability and any rate difference).
