How much does a NYC nightlife party bus cost?

A NYC nightlife party bus costs $1,000–$3,200 depending on vehicle size and hours. The most common booking is the 20-passenger party bus for a 6-hour 8 PM–2 AM window at $1,500 flat — enough to cover dinner, 3 bars or clubs, and a late-night drop.

For smaller groups (under 12), the Sprinter van at $175/hr with a 3-hour minimum ($525) is the go-to. For larger birthdays and group nights (20+), the 30-passenger coach at $325/hr is the most common upgrade. All pricing is flat-rate. No surge, ever.

New York's club scene runs late — most groups book 6-hour windows starting at 8 or 9 PM to stay out past 2 AM. The meter does not restart after 2 AM; you pay the flat booked window regardless of how many bars you hit or how long the last stop runs.

Which NYC nightlife districts do you cover?

Meatpacking District: Catch Roof, Lavo, 1 OAK, PHD Terrace (Dream Downtown), The Standard Boom Boom Room, Gallow Green. Our most common Saturday-night circuit.

Chelsea: Marquee, Somewhere Nowhere (Renaissance Chelsea), Le Bain (The Standard High Line), The Tyger. High-energy dance floors; reservations held easily.

Lower East Side: The Box, Beauty & Essex, The DL, Loosie Rouge, Hotel Chantelle, Ludlow House. Walkable neighborhood — we typically drop once and pick up once.

Williamsburg: Westlight rooftop (William Vale), House of Yes, Rosemary's Pizza, Baby's All Right, Good Room. Brooklyn's premier nightlife corridor.

Bushwick: Elsewhere, House of Yes, The Keep. Warehouse-party district; late-night only (most venues peak at 1 AM).

Flatiron / NoMad: 230 Fifth rooftop, Magic Hour (Moxy), Tonight at NoMad.

East Village: Webster Hall, Niagara, Death & Co, Angel's Share, The Bowery Electric.

How we coordinate multi-stop nightlife tours

The chauffeur receives your itinerary 24 hours before the rental — dinner stop, 2–4 club/bar stops, late-night drop. We pre-call each venue to confirm their drop-off rules; Marquee has a side-door protocol, Lavo requires valet hold, Somewhere Nowhere drops at the rooftop elevator entrance.

At each stop, the bus holds at a pre-cleared pickup point (often the venue's designated rideshare zone or a nearby legal curb). The chauffeur texts the group leader 15 minutes before departure so late stragglers have a clear deadline.

We do not chase groups into the club. Late-night pickup happens at the coordinated curb; if the group extends the last stop, the chauffeur is paid the agreed window and overtime bills at 1.5x hourly in 30-minute increments.

A NYC nightlife party bus costs $1,000–$3,200 depending on vehicle size and hours. The most-booked option is the 20-passenger bus for 6 hours at $1,500. The 30-passenger bus is $1,950 for 6 hours; the 40-passenger coach is $2,400 for 6 hours. Sprinter vans (10–12 passengers) are $1,050 for 6 hours.

How late do your nightlife party buses run?

+
We run 24/7. Most nightlife bookings are 6-hour windows starting at 8 or 9 PM, covering through 2–3 AM last calls. Overtime bills at 1.5x the base rate in 30-minute increments. The chauffeur does not clock out at midnight.

Can you hold at the club between stops?

+
Yes. On multi-stop crawls, the chauffeur holds at the designated pickup point (venue rideshare zone or pre-cleared curb) while the group is inside. No additional charge — the clock runs on the booked window, not on "miles driven."

Do you charge extra for Meatpacking or Chelsea drops?

+
No. All NYC borough drops are included. Meatpacking, Chelsea, LES, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Long Island City — no surcharge. Tolls (Lincoln Tunnel, BQE-adjacent) are passed through at cost.

Can we bring bottles on a nightlife party bus?

+
Yes for 21+ groups. BYOB is standard. We provide coolers with ice; you bring champagne, spirits, mixers, and cups. All passengers must be 21+; chauffeurs check IDs at the first pickup.

What happens if a group member gets cut off at a bar?

+
The chauffeur handles it calmly. If someone is refused entry or cut off at a venue, they wait on the bus at the pickup point until the group comes back out. We do not leave a member stranded on a nightlife run.

Do you offer same-day nightlife bookings?

+
Yes — subject to availability. Weeknight and weekend afternoons, we usually have Sprinter vans and the 20-passenger bus available with 2–4 hours notice. Saturday 8 PM+ during peak season (May–Oct) typically requires 1+ week advance.
